日本造血細胞移植学会全国調査に登録された小児調査4,887件、成人調査8,096件、合計12,983件のうち、1991年から1998年までの１回目の移植は小児調査で3,445件、成人調査で7,028件、合計10,473件であった。成人調査での1993年以降の非血縁者間骨髄移植1,022件を除き、これに成人調査対象施設でのJMDP移植件数1,388件を加え、10,839件が以後の解析対象となる。下図に示すように、15歳未満の症例は3,237件で、15歳以上が7,554件、年齢不明が48件である。 In the JSHCT nationwide surveys, 4,887 transplants from the pediatric survey group, 8,096 transplants from the adult survey group, in total 12,983 transplants were reprorted, among which 10,473 transplants (3,445 transplants and 7,028 transplants, respectively) were first transplants conducted between 1991 and 1998. Excluding 1,022 unrelated allo-BMT in and after1993, and adding 1,388 transplants through JMDP, 10,839 transplants were the subjects used for analyses. As shown below, they comprised 3,237 children younger than 15 years, 7,554 adults aged 15 or over, and 48 patients of unknown age.  |
