５．結果:生存曲線 RESULTS: SURVIVAL CURVES
造血細胞移植の成績を示すために、1991年1月から1997年12月までに第１回目の移植を受けた症例についての生存曲線を図１から図６に示した。生存曲線の計算にはKaplan-Meier法を用い、その検定にはLogrank test（各図の検定結果の右上、* p<0.05, ** p<0.01, *** p<0.001）と generalized Wilcoxon test （左下）を用いた。本解析は探索的な性格を持つ解析であるため、３群以上の生存曲線を示した場合でも、多重比較の補正は考慮に入れず各２群間での検定を行った。
「２．登録状況」で述べた如く、この生存曲線の解析には全国調査であるためのいくつかの制約があることを考慮に入れた上で結果を解釈して頂きたい。
なお、小児とあるのは年齢が15歳未満、成人とあるのは15歳以上を示す。図中の略語は以下の通りである。Survival curves were calculated for patients who underwent a first stem cell transplant between January 1991 and December 1997 (Figures 1 to 6). The Kaplan-Meier method was adopted for curve estimation, and the Logrank test (shown in the upper right of each table for significance test, * p<0.05, ** p<0.01, *** p<0.001) and generalized Wilcoxon test (shown lower left) were used for test of significance. All analyses are the exploratory, so two sample tests have been performed without attempting multiple comparison, even when three or more groups are compared.
As described in "2. REGISTRATION", the survival analyses had several restrictions due to the nationwide survey. Accordingly, the results must be interpreted carefully.
