日本造血細胞移植学会全国調査に登録された小児調査6,067件、成人調査10,942件、合計17,009件のうち、1991年から2000年までの１回目の移植は小児調査で4,401件、成人調査で9,596件、合計13,997件であった。1993年以降の非血縁者間骨髄移植1,928件を除き、これにJMDP移植件数2,364件を加え、14,433件が以後の解析対象となる。1992年以前のJMDPを介していない非血縁者移植が解析対象として含まれている。下図に示すように、15歳未満の症例は3,958件で、15歳以上が10,427件、年齢不明が48件である。 In the JSHCT nationwide surveys, 5,369 transplants from the pediatric survey group, 9,601 transplants from the adult survey group, in total 14,970 transplants were reported, among which 12,181 transplants (3,836 transplants and 8,345 transplants, respectively) were first transplants conducted between 1991 and 1999. Excluding 1,750 unrelated allo-BMT in and after1993, and adding 2,046 transplants through JMDP, 12,477 transplants were the subjects used for analyses. The cases who underwent unrelate allo-BMT not through the JMDP were included in the analysis. As shown below, they comprised 3,480 children younger than 15 years, 8,956 adults aged 15 or over, and 41 patients of unknown age.
