３. 解析対象

日本造血細胞移植学会全国調査に報告された小児での調査6,840件、成人調査12,374件、合計19,214件のうち、1991年から2001年までの１回目の移植は小児調査で5,014件、成人調査で10,834件、合計15,867件であった。1993年以降の非血縁者間骨髄移植2,111件を除き、これにJMDP移植件数3,375件を加え、17,112件が以後の解析対象となる。1992年以前のJMDPを介していない非血縁者移植が解析対象として含まれている。

In the JSHCT nationwide surveys, 6,840 transplants from the pediatric survey group, 12,374 transplants from the adult survey group, in total 19,214 transplants were reported, among which 15,867 transplants (5,014 transplants and 10,834 transplants, respectively) were first transplants conducted between 1991 and 2001. Excluding 2,111 unrelated allo-BMT in and after1993, and adding 3,375 transplants through JMDP, 17,112 transplants were the subjects used for analyses. The cases who underwent unrelate allo-BMT not through the JMDP before 1993 were also included in the analysis.
