４. 結果

本報告の対象は1991年から2001年までの第１回目移植である。表２に報告があった351診療科の報告件数を移植の種類別に示す。括弧内には2001年に実施した件数を示す。本年の調査に間に合わなかった施設があるので、0となっている施設でも2001年に実施がなかったというわけではない。また、血縁者間骨髄移植に一卵性同胞間骨髄移植が含められていることにも留意して頂きたい。 　表3に１回目の移植17112件の移植についての移植の種類別に見た都道府県別件数を示す。表4は移植年別、移植種類別に示したものである。表5は移植時の性年齢分布を移植種類別に示したものであり、表6は疾患別に各移植種類別件数を示したものである。表7に疾患別に年別件数を示す。表8は各移植種類の年別件数を示したものである。

The subjects were the first transplants between 1991 and 2001. Table 2 shows the cases reported by 351 teams according to type of transplants. Transplants conducted in 2001 are in parenthesis. Since there were teams which did not report the cases in time, “0” does not necessarily mean that they did not conduct transplants in 2000. It should also be noted that “Related BMT” includes syngeneic BMT here. 　Table 3 shows the transplants of each prefecture according to the type of transplant. The numbers of each type according to year of transplant are shown in Table 4. Table 5 is for age-sex distribution according to transplant type, and Table 6 is for the number of transplants for disease type according to transplant type. Table 7 is the cross tabulation for disease and year of transplant. Table 8 shows the reported cases tabulated for transplant type according to year of transplant.
