６．成人T細胞性白血病に関する解析
The analyses for the Hematopoietic cell transplantation for Adult T-cell leukemia.

（対象） 解析対象は日本造血細胞移植学会（以下JSHCT）全国調査に報告のあった2001年12月までに移植が実施された73症例（疾患コード1501または2151）のうち、初回移植として移植を実施され解析可能な68症例とした。 The 73 ATL/ATLL cases were selected from the JSHCT dataset via diagnosis code (1501/2151). The 68 out of 73 cases who received first transplant were eligible for analysis. （方法） 全ての解析はSTATA ver.7 (STATA Corp., College Station, Tx) を用いた。Overall survival（以下OS。移植日を起点とし、最終観察日を終点とした期間。）、Disease free survival（以下DFS。移植日を起点とし、再発あるいは死亡までの最短の期間。） に関してはKaplan-Meier法にて計算した。移植日並びに再発日が不明な症例に関してはOS、DFSの解析より除外した。生存曲線の比較はlogrank testを用いた。同種移植におけるHLA適合度は、新規登録票のHLA-A, B, DR表現型適合に基づいて決定したが、表現型の報告がない場合は報告書記載の適合度をそのまま適応した。 All statistical analyses were conducted by STATA ver.7 (STATA Corp., College Station, Tx). Overall survival (OS) was defined as the duration between the date of the transplantation and the date of last following up. Disease free survival (DFS) was defied as the shorter duration between the date of transplantation and the date of relapse or any cause of death. Survival curves and rates were calculated by the Kaplan-Meier product limit method. The comparison of between survival curves were conducted by logrank test. The HLA compatibility was determined by the phenotype of HLA-A,-B, and -DR based on initial report. When information of HLA phenotype was lacking, the reported compatibility was applied.
