２．登録状況

本年度までの調査による総報告件数は、小児に対する調査(小児科で実施された成人症例を含む)から 7,283件、成人に対する調査（血液内科で移植された小児症例と同種末梢血幹細胞移植の「レシピエント短期追跡調査票」による登録を含む）から14,801件、計22,084件となった。昨年度の19,214件に比べ 2,870件増加した。JMDPでは事業が始まった1993年以降の登録は4,575件である。JSHCTでの全国調査から1993年以降の非血縁者間骨髄移植を除いた件数と、JMDPでの件数を足しあわせると表1のようになる（合計件数は解析データセット1（後述）にて解析）。

The final numbers of transplants reported were 7,283 in the child transplant survey (including adult transplant cases conducted at pediatrics departments) and 14,801 in the adult transplant survey (including child transplant cases conducted at internal medicine departments and allogeneic peripheral blood stem cell transplant (allo-PBSCT) cases reported by ﾒShort-term Registration Form for the Recipientﾓ), in total 22,084. The reported transplants increased by 2,870 when compared with 19,214 transplants in 2002 survey. Since 1993, 4,575 allogeneic unrelated bone marrow transplants (BMT) have been conducted through JMDP. Table 1 shows the sum of the unrelated JMDP transplants and the JSHCT-reported transplants excluding unrelated allo-BMT in and after 1993 (total number of transplants were analyzed using analyses dataset 1).
